Overview
Quaker Digital Academy is seeking an organized, flexible, motivated, and outgoing substitute for the 2025–2026 school year (part-time / on-call / as needed). The Substitute Receptionist is responsible for a variety of clerical and front-desk duties that support administrative personnel, teachers, students, and families.
Key Duties
- Provide secretarial support when appropriate.
- Assist administrative personnel and teachers with photocopying and filing.
- Maintain and manage private student information in online and physical files.
- Answer incoming phone calls using professional telephone etiquette and retrieve voicemail if appropriate.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming paper mail and route it as appropriate.
- Maintain databases, newsletters, and announcement letters.
- Replenish office supplies as appropriate.
- Perform tasks using Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver's License or State ID.
- BCI/FBI background checks (dated within a year and on file with the Ohio Department of Education).
- Upon employment, enrollment in Rapback.
